2020
A Guided Meditation to raise money for Claudia a Shipibo Shaman from Iquitos Peru for urgent eye surgery and support during the Corona virus. Sadly her partner and a great teacher Don Alfredo had passed away and is now left to fend for herself. Dreaming Woman sent over a total of $850. The money was used to save her eye site.
2016 & 2017
Dreaming Woman has been helping to support an orphnage called Mi Refugio Casa Hogar, 2 hours from Iquitos Peru for the last two years. I was able to purchase much needed food, distribute clothing and toys for the chidren.
2016
Dreaming Woman donated $300 to the Water Protectors - Native Indians in South Dakota who were fighting the corruption and greed of corporations and governements to protect their waters. Peacefully protesters standing up to protect the waters and sacred land from an oil company. This stand has been taken by the Sioux Nation, as it is intended that the company’s pipelines will run through their sacred lands, potentially poisoning their water supply.
For the first time in over 150 years the Native American people have united as one to stop this pipeline from going through land that has legally belonged to the Sioux nation since treaty for ownership of the land was made with the U.S government in 1868.
Love inspires 2013
A Guided Meditation to bring forth love and healing to our planet.
People from eleven countries joined in to meditate with ceremonies held by the shamans in Guatemala and Peru. Afterwards there was live music, sweets and teas.
All money raised went to the Guatemalan project.
Masquarade Ball 2012
This is the fundraiser that got the Guatemalan project off the ground so we could start building the hospital, birthing centre and school. Thank you to all who attended.
