This style of meditation is highly affective in helping you to release the mind chatter.

You are taken on a shamanic journeys connecting with nature alongside relaxing music and sounds sourced from all corners of the globe. It also includes the sounds of the medicine drum and sound bowls.

You are taught breathing tools as well as sharing teachings from Indigenous medicine people.

It is simple to follow and anyone can do it.
